Delivery Address:

All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. A post office box address is not accepted.

Delivery Times:

All our rugs are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days (please allow few additional days due to the current situation). The delivery time depends on the delivery location. Generally, the delivery time after dispatch is:

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane  3-4 days
ACT, Regional NSW, VIC & QLD 5-6 days
Perth, Adelaide 5-6 days
TAS, Regional SA, WA & NT 7-10 days
